Summary: Cannot beat the location and the ski valet service was great. The room was nice with the fireplace and mostly updated interior, the bathroom lighting was not ideal for doing hair & makeup though. The hot tub jets didn't work according to others in the hot tub when we joined but was clean and relaxing (I would have appreciated knowing that robes for the hot tub are an additional $50 CAD deposit at check in and not already in the room). Perhaps the most disappointing were the breakfast offerings and that the breakfast staff was condescending as well.

Summary: Room is good , need more hangers to coats and winter stuff. Breakfast good i missed honey. The hot tub is weak it must be better because last stay in 3 years ago it was working properly and people is complaining hot tub must be fixed be fized.

Summary: The location is convenient, easy to arrive and really close to the free lift to the mountain. The staff was really friendly. The room is cozy, well equipped, clean, has a great bed and the heating was amazing. The WiFi just sucks, they give a code that did not worked properly, there are some parts of the room where the WiFi will not reach at all and on peak hours will definitely not work. The breakfast was limited, would love something hot and healthier, we were tired after 3 days of eating the same bread and cheese. Overall a good hotel.
